MY STORY

I am Denise Dyrdek Lunsford. I have more than 20 years in a customer service/operations management setting in a national pathology laboratory. Seven years ago, I decided that being involved in my child’s life and being a part of all moments was more important. So I took the leap into real estate where I could make my own hours and realized how much I truly enjoyed helping clients sell or buy their dream home. 

I was born and raised in Kettering and have lived in Beavercreek since 2013.  I have been married to my husband (Jason) for almost 13 years, have 1 son (Mason) and 2 Frenchie Fur Babies (Belle and Lucy).

I graduated from Kettering Fairmont Highschool (long time ago, 😊) and went on to get Certified as a Medical Transcriptionist and later a Microsoft Network Engineer. I then went on to complete my bachelor’s at Wright State University in Organizational Leadership. 

I enjoy meeting new people, being creative and learning new things. I have taken many growth and development course throughout my career to become a better real estate agent and excellent communicator. I am committed to all my clients throughout the entire process with the highest level of expertise. I will strive to be the best for you, work on your behalf to the best of my ability, and get the job done.
